Why planning a pregnancy is important

The time before you become pregnant is a great opportunity to do things that you may not be able to do during pregnancy.

Once you become pregnant it may be more high risk or difficult to get to a healthy weight, undergo some dental procedures or address underlying health issues.

It’s also a great time to discuss some of your plans and expectations with those close to you in a relaxed no pressure setting. Before all of the planning and expectations of pregnancy come up.

This simple, no fuss Pregnancy Planning Guide, will prompt you to take action on some of the obvious things. It will also help you address some things that may not be on your radar.

All the best with your plans!
