What I value and what you can expect…

A Warm Welcome
I strive to create a relaxed, informal space for our consultations where you are free to discuss anything that might be on your mind in relation to your pregnancy or gynaecological concern. Feel free to bring your partner or other support person and of course any children you already have are very welcome too.

Progressive Practices

Support & Empowerment
I am dedicated to ensuring women have all the information and understand the options available to them. My goal is for my patients to feel empowered to make the right choices for their own body, health and baby with my support and guidance.

Approachable & Available
It is important that you, your partner and your family feel comfortable to ask any questions, make suggestion or express your preferences throughout our time together. I am always on hand to answer your questions and offer guidance as needed.

Adapting to Your Needs
No two pregnancies are the same. Neither are the needs, expectations or preferences of expectant mothers. I am committed to ensuring your needs are understood and respected and that we offer as much flexibility as possible to meet those needs.
BACKGROUND & CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Originally from Sydney, I completed my medical studies before embarking on my general medical training at the Royal Prince Alfred hospital in Camperdown. I also undertook further study of obstetrics and gynaecology completing a Master’s degree in Reproductive Medicine and Women’s Health. After graduating, I completed my speciality obstetric and gynaecological training at The Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney.
I wanted to gain a deep level of experience internationally and one of the best places to do that is in the NHS system in the UK. So, I headed overseas to complete further training at the internationally renowned St. Thomas’ Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital in London. There I gained valuable exposure to high-risk obstetrics, low-risk obstetrics, medical conditions in pregnancy and ultrasound. I was also awarded a certificate of Advanced Labour Ward Practice during my time in the UK.

During the course of my career providing gynaecological care, I’ve also gained experience in benign gynaecological conditions, infertility, gynaecological oncology, complex gynaecological surgery, abnormal pap smears, women’s health screening and contraception advice.
As a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, I have been appointed to Board of Examiners. I’m actively involved in medical education as both an examiner and a medical school entrance interviewer.
